It could have been the lack of condiments on the thing, but frankly I couldn't see what all the fuss was about. We also had the obligatory ice cream from the butter-cow building. It was a decent strawberry, but I think I would have been better off with a chocolate-vanilla soft serve twist. I had a bite of Kelly’s when we visited the State Fair on Monday the 4th.
