My second lunch at Northstar Cafe [if you follow the link, the long landscape picture depicts the Beechwold location, near my house! Nice, huh?], and the girl was again an angel… she slept through my Korma bowl, and then when she wanted out of the carseat she was pretty content parked on my lap. I made the strategic error of forgetting Jacques the Peacock, but I did have a little wrist rattle that kept her fairly occupied.
I’m beginning to think this is my new favorite lunch spot.
Scott, if you read this blog, let’s have lunch again soon! Thanks for being our guest photographer.

Check out that total mom haircut!
glad you are getting out.
Your hair looks great! Really flattering!
Aww Tammy you are too sweet. I’ve been trying to decide for the past few weeks if I’m happy with my haircut. I asked for “more rock n roll, less soccer mom” but I think I got more soccer mom. It doesn’t help that I cannot work it exactly like my stylist did.
it needs to be shorter to be rock and roll. looks good!
Guest photographer, heh. Check out the ‘I wish those people would quit taking pictures’ look on the woman in the background. Dang, lady – lighten up!
John and I are so jealous. We wish we had a North Star Cafe out here. Or at least a place that makes a veggie burger like they do. Have one for us.
p.s. enjoying my (almost) daily dose of Reese pictures
